Partnership

More demand on day one — via Stasher.

Stasher is one of the world's largest luggage-storage marketplaces. From Q3 2026, their inbound traveller demand routes directly into LockMe-powered locations across Europe. Zero extra setup.

What this means for operators

A second customer-acquisition channel — without the second integration project.

If you already run on LockMe, the partnership is a switch you flip. We handle the API, the booking flow, and the brand experience on your behalf.

  • Demand from day one

Traveller demand from Stasher's existing global audience. Cities go live in priority order; tell us which cities matter to you.

  • Your brand still wins

Stasher-sourced customers still see your brand on the PIN screen, the email and the invoice. The marketplace experience hands off to you cleanly.

  • Per-store opt-in

Turn the partnership on for the stores that need volume; keep it off for flagship locations where you want full control of the demand mix.

How the booking flow works

Three steps. No rebuild required.

  1. Customer books on Stasher

A traveller searches Stasher for storage in your city and lands on a listing for your store.

  2. Booking syncs into LockMe

The booking lands in your LockMe dashboard the moment payment confirms — same flow as direct bookings.

  3. Customer arrives at your store

They scan a QR or enter a PIN on your branded screen. Pickup, review prompt, invoice — same as always.

FAQ

Operator questions about the partnership.

  • When does the Stasher partnership go live?

Inbound demand starts routing to LockMe-powered locations in Q3 2026. We're rolling it out by city, starting with Barcelona, Amsterdam, Madrid and Paris.

  • Will there be extra fees on Stasher-sourced bookings?

Stasher takes their standard marketplace fee on bookings they originate. LockMe doesn't add a markup — the Stasher fee is passed through to you net of our normal per-booking platform fee.

  • Can I opt out of Stasher demand?

Yes, per store. Some operators prefer to focus on their own brand and don't want marketplace volume — you stay in control.

  • How does the customer experience work?

Travellers who book on Stasher's site arrive at your store with a code that maps to your locker. The PIN screen still carries your brand, not ours and not Stasher's.
