Conditions
The three rules that apply to every plan.
We publish them upfront because the alternative is reading them buried in a contract.
€1.50 per locker / month — minimum floor on Plans A and B
If 5% of revenue (Plan A) or per-booking fees (Plan B) come in below €1.50 per locker per month for a given store, your bill is rounded up to the floor. This protects us in very-low-volume months; in normal operation it never bites.
€0.55 minimum per booking on Plan A
On Plan A (5% revenue share), if a booking is sold for less than €0.55, we charge €0.55 instead of 5% of such a small amount. It's an anti-abuse minimum: the platform — storefront, WhatsApp AI, kiosk, operations, invoicing, reviews — runs for that booking either way, so its fair share of the cost can't go to €0.
€75 per month — overall SaaS floor
Whichever SaaS plan you pick, the minimum invoice is €75 per month per account. This applies to very small configurations (single store, few lockers) where any of the per-unit calculations would otherwise be lower.
What every SaaS plan includes

- Google review automation with localized prompts
- Customer-facing languages of your choice — no platform-imposed list
- Stripe payments — cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, local methods
- Webhooks and REST API for custom integrations
- 99.97% platform uptime, 24/7 monitoring
FAQ
What every operator asks before signing.
Can I switch SaaS plans?
Yes — once a year on your renewal anniversary, switch from any plan to any other plan with no penalty. We'll model all three for you against the past 12 months of bookings before you commit.
Is hardware financing available?
Yes, on full and tailored projects. We work with two financing partners that offer 24- to 60-month terms for operators who prefer to spread the capex over time. We can introduce you on the demo call.
What about payment processing fees?
Payment processing is billed by your payment provider (typically Stripe at 1.5% + €0.25 in the EU) directly — LockMe never sees the customer's card data. We don't add a markup on top.
Do the SaaS prices include the AI WhatsApp concierge?
Yes. Every SaaS plan includes the WhatsApp AI booking channel, the kiosk channel, and the web channel. The AI is trained on your store's specifics — sizes, prices, availability, branding — and is included at no extra charge.
What's included in setup vs. ongoing?
Hardware (whichever path you pick) is a one-time capex. The SaaS is the ongoing fee for using the platform — operator dashboard, customer site, AI WhatsApp, automated invoices and reviews, support. The SaaS price is the same regardless of which hardware path you took.
Is there a contract or commitment?
SaaS subscriptions are 12 months minimum, billed monthly. We don't believe in lock-in beyond that — if it isn't working we'd rather know early.
