How the numbers work
The simulation runs the same gross-revenue model through two cost structures. Occupancy ramps from 0 % to your target over the first year, then grows annually at the rate you set, capped at the ceiling you choose. Monthly fixed costs are deducted from both models identically — the only difference is each model's share of gross revenue and upfront investment.
- LockMe model: €300 per locker + €2,600 setup. 5 % revenue share. Your brand, your customer relationship, your reviews.
- Franchise model: €454 per locker + €30,000 franchise fee + €10,000 setup. 25 % royalty. Marketplace owns the customer.
