A REST API and event stream for everything we haven't built yet.
Versioned, well-documented, idempotent. The same endpoints we use for our own dashboard.
REST API
Endpoints for stores, lockers, bookings, customers, payments, refunds and reports. Token auth, OpenAPI spec, language SDKs in TypeScript and Python.
Webhooks
Subscribe to booking, payment, locker and review events. Signed payloads, automatic retries with exponential backoff, replay from the dashboard.
Sandbox
A full-featured sandbox environment with seed data and a virtual locker fleet. No card required to try.
API access is included on the Growth plan and above; the sandbox is free for everyone.

Most asks turn out to be three or four hours of work. We don't charge for the obvious ones.

Do I need a developer to use the API?
Not for the integrations on this page — they're configured in the dashboard with a few clicks. The API is there for custom work; if you don't have engineers we can scope an integration sprint with a partner agency.
What's the rate limit on the API?
Default: 60 requests per second per token, with 10 burst credits. Scale plans get higher quotas. Webhooks fan out from a queue, so you don't need to throttle on your side.
Is the Stasher integration live?
Inbound bookings from Stasher to LockMe operators are scheduled for Q3 2026. Existing partner stores can join the early-access list — see the Stasher partnership page for details.
Can I push data into a warehouse (BigQuery, Snowflake)?
Yes. Bookings, payments and operational events stream via webhook in JSON; the dashboard also offers a daily CSV drop to a bucket you control.
