Run twenty lockers like one. Run two hundred like twenty.

A real-time operations console for the people who actually keep the lights on. Remote locker control, role-based access, automated incident handling, every action logged.

One screen, everything

The dashboard a single owner can use — and a 20-store chain can rely on.

Most luggage-storage software was built for one store. LockMe was built so the team running fifty doesn't drown.

  • Remote locker control

Open, lock, override or diagnose any locker from any device. Stuck door at 11pm? You don't need to be in the store. Every action is signed and logged.

  • Smart KPI score

A single business-health number you can read at a glance. Drill into store, time band, locker size or staff member when something looks off.

  • Role hierarchy

Floor staff, store managers, franchisees, finance, owner — each role sees the right slice. RBAC enforced server-side, not just hidden in the UI.

Automation

Most incidents resolve themselves. The rest reach the right person.

The platform watches every locker, every payment and every booking — and only pages a human when it has to.

  • Self-healing payments

Failed cards retry on a schedule that respects issuer rules. Recovered revenue typically pays for the platform on its own.

  • Smart paging

Push, email, SMS, WhatsApp or Slack. Configurable per incident type and per role. Customers don't notice; you don't get spammed.

  • Sensor-based recovery

If a locker reports a stuck door, we recheck the sensor before alerting. False positives that used to wake you up at 3am no longer do.

  • Refunds inside policy

Set a refund policy — duration, customer history, value caps. Refunds inside the rule fire automatically; everything else routes to a human.

Reporting

The numbers that actually drive decisions, and the ones your accountant needs.

Aggregate occupancy, revenue per locker, peak-hour utilisation, refund rates, NPS and review averages — and a tax-ready export for the accountant.

  • Revenue per locker per day

The single metric that tells you whether you priced this store right. Trended weekly, with year-over-year overlay.

  • Customer cohorts

First-time vs. repeat. By channel. By language. By city. Useful for marketing decisions you'd otherwise be guessing on.

  • Anomaly alerts

Friday revenue 30% below trend? Refund rate spiking on one locker bank? You'll know before the weekly review.

  • Tax-ready exports

VAT-segmented invoice exports for ES, FR, DE, IT — the formats your accountant wants, on the cadence they want them.

FAQ

Operations FAQ.

  • Can I open a locker remotely if a customer is locked out?

Yes. Every locker on LockMe can be opened, locked or overridden from any device — your phone, a laptop, an iPad. The action is logged with the operator who triggered it, the reason, and the timestamp.

  • What happens out of hours when there's a problem?

On Growth and Scale plans, our automation handles ~85% of incidents without paging anyone — failed payments retry, stuck doors auto-recover after a sensor recheck, refunds inside policy thresholds happen automatically. The rest pages your on-call rotation through email, SMS, WhatsApp or Slack.

  • Can I limit what staff can see?

Yes. Role-based access: floor staff see today's bookings only, store managers see one store's full history, regional managers see their stores, owners and finance see everything. Every privileged action is in the audit log.

  • Can I export operational data?

Yes. Bookings, payouts, invoices, incidents, occupancy and revenue reports export as CSV or push to your warehouse via webhook on a schedule you set.
